Window Track and Frame Cleaning in Rancho Viejo
On a new build the tracks are usually the dirtiest part of the window. Construction leaves grit, stucco crumbs, and sawdust in every channel, and it stays there until someone deliberately clears it out. We vacuum and scrub the tracks and detail frames and sills.
That leftover construction grit is coarse — much more abrasive than the fine silt that blows in later — and it's sitting directly under brand-new rollers. Clearing it early is the cheapest thing you can do for the life of a new slider.

Construction dust is still landing here
Building across Rancho Viejo keeps fine dust in the air well beyond any individual site, and the tracks catch it. The more troublesome part is what comes off new stucco and mortar work: that residue is alkaline, and it bonds to aluminium as it cures rather than sitting loose on top of it. Once it has set in a track channel it will not vacuum out, and scraping it risks marking the finish.
